About Melissa
Melissa Eskola is a paralegal specialist in the intellectual property litigation practice group and a member of the Cooley litigation department. She joined Cooley in January 2001 and is resident in its Reston office. Melissa's work focuses on complex intellectual property disputes, including patent infringement. Her experience covers all phases of complex litigation, including pre filing diligence, discovery, ediscovery, Markman hearing, trial preparation and trial.
She received a bachelor of arts degree in political science from the University of San Diego in 1997. Melissa is a member of the National Capital Area Paralegal Association and the Alumni Association of the University of San Diego.
