About Meghana

Meghana practices general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on emerging and high-growth companies, venture capital funds and public companies. She advises clients through all stages of the business life cycle on matters including venture financings, public company offerings, US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.

During her studies at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and The Wharton School, Meghana served as an AI & Law Fellow at the Center of Technology, Innovation & Competition, editor for the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School’s Journal of Law & Innovation, vice president of the Wharton Entrepreneurship Club, and board member of the Wharton India Economic Forum.
