About Megan

Megan practices general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on the representation of emerging companies, public companies and venture capital funds. Megan represents her clients throughout the business life cycle in matters such as venture financings, mergers & acquisitions, public offerings, and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance.

Before joining Cooley, Megan worked in the education field as a high school math teacher in Brooklyn, New York, and as a nonprofit leader in the Bay Area. During law school, Megan interned in the legal departments of Sage Intacct and Pilot and was a member of the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal.
