Megan E. Bowles

Megan’s  practice focuses on representing emerging companies throughout the corporate life cycle, including through entity formation, day-to-day counseling, corporate governance, debt and equity financings and exit transactions, and on representing venture capital funds and other investors in debt and equity investments. Megan also represents both public and private companies in strategic  merger and acquisition transactions.
