Maya Nelle Kuchan

Maya focuses on the formation and operation of private investment funds – including venture capital funds, private equity funds, funds of funds and other private investment vehicles – in the US and internationally.

Maya began her legal career at a prominent San Francisco Bay Area law firm, guiding clients through every phase of litigation, from discovery to trial.

In law school, Maya served as senior editor of the Georgetown Journal of International Law and interned with the US Department of Commerce’s Commercial Law Development Program, providing government-to-government commercial legal assistance to modernize commercial legal environments abroad.
