Max Levinbook

Max is a corporate life cycle lawyer who advises private and public companies on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactional and corporate matters, including venture financings, initial public offerings (IPOs) and follow-on offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Max advises companies and investors across the defense, tech and life sciences industries.

Before law school, Max spent more than nine years in the US Army, most recently as a Green Beret assigned to the 10th Special Forces Group. He is actively engaged with organizations that support veteran entrepreneurs in launching, building and scaling their companies.
