About Max

Max represents private and public companies in transactional and general corporate matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, private financings, public offerings, and SEC reporting and compliance.

During law school, Max served as a law fellow at the Impact Finance Research Consortium, a collaboration among the Wharton School, Harvard Business School, and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business to advance academic research on impact investing. Additionally, he earned the Wharton Certificate in Management, participated in the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s Honors Program and summered at the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Max spent his third year of law school with Penn Law’s Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic, providing pro bono legal services to Philadelphia-area founders and startups and working with student teams at Murrell Dobbins Career and Technical Education High School in North Philadelphia.

Before law school, Max spent more than nine years in the US Army, most recently as a Green Beret assigned to 10th Special Forces Group.
