Matt advises public and private companies, private equity firms, financial institutions and alternative credit providers in various finance transactions and matters. His practice spans domestic and cross-border debt finance and debt capital markets transactions, including senior secured, junior lien and unsecured credit facilities; structured financings, such as royalty and revenue interest financings; convertible note offerings; acquisition financings; asset-based lending; high-yield and investment-grade bond offerings; and debt restructurings. He has experience across a range of industries, with a particular focus on financing life sciences and technology companies at all stages of development.
