Matthew is a creative and skilled litigator who represents companies, organizations and individuals in complex civil litigation, arbitrations and appeals. He has worked for clients from a wide range of industries, including biotechnology, cybersecurity, sports, private equity and insurance, as well as sovereign states and a major international organization. Matthew also maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented three death-sentenced inmates in post-conviction proceedings in Alabama and Texas.
