Matthew Choy

Matthew’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions. He represents public and private companies across multiple industries throughout their business life cycle – from formation to venture financings to exit opportunities – and has advised clients on general corporate matters.

Throughout law school, Matthew served as an editor for the Boston University School of Law Journal of Science & Technology Law and was a student advocate at the BU/MIT Student Innovations Law Clinic. Before joining Cooley, he worked with sharks at the New York Aquarium.
