About MaryBeth

MaryBeth Shreiner is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on employment matters, including counseling and defense of claims. Her practice also includes advising federal government contractors and subcontractors on Affirmative Action Plans and compliance with laws administered by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP).

MaryBeth also has experience in commercial litigation, working on a wide array of cases in federal and state courts and in arbitration.

While attending the College of William & Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law, she was a member of the William & Mary Law Review
