Mark Weeks

Mark’s practice focuses on corporate, securities, governance and related matters for many of the world’s most disruptive healthcare companies. For 35+ years, Mark has represented a variety of private and public companies throughout their life cycle on general corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital financings, initial public offerings, follow-on equity and debt offerings, as well as M&A, spinoffs and other complex business collaborations, corporate governance, employment and compensation arrangements, and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting.

Mark is counsel to companies and venture capital funds in diverse industries, including biotechnology, communications, consumer, digital health, hardware, healthcare, IT, medical device, retail, semiconductors and software.

Mark previously served on the board of the American Heart Association (AHA) Research Roundtable and served as co-chair of the AHA Research Roundtable Board for six years.
