Mark Liang

Mark’s practice includes all areas of corporate, partnership and securities law with a focus on investment funds and asset management. He advises on the structuring, formation and operation of private funds and fund-related primary and secondary transactions. Mark also has extensive experience representing institutional investors and their global investments in private funds.

Mark is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
