About Mark
Mark represents a diverse portfolio of private growth companies and their investors across a variety of industries, including the consumer products, media, entertainment and technology sectors. He advises on the full spectrum of corporate matters, including early incorporation and team-building strategy, equity and debt fundraises, liquidity transactions (tender offers and mergers and acquisitions), and other strategic transactions, such as corporate restructurings, joint ventures, entity redomiciles and recapitalizations. Complementing his company-side work, Mark also works with institutional investors in venture and growth-stage transactions.
Mark has represented companies in hundreds of venture capital equity fundraises, helping corporate clients close investments from top-tier venture capital and growth investors, including Benchmark Capital, Greycroft, Lux Capital, Mucker Capital, Imaginary Ventures, CAVU Consumer Partners, Maveron, VMG Partners, Fidelity Management & Research Company, Lone Pine Capital, D1 Capital Partners, Forerunner Ventures, Seven Seven Six (776), Valor, Sonoma Brands Capital and Paine Schwartz Partners.

While attending the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, Mark was a senior submissions editor for the Southern California Law Review. Mark also served as a judicial extern to Judge Berle M. Schiller, US District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
