About Marjorie

Marjorie O'Neill focuses her practice on the representation of both issuers and underwriters on a broad range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and other public and private equity offerings, as well as high-yield, investment-grade and convertible debt issuances. Marjorie also regularly advises clients on general corporate matters, including SEC reporting and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Cooley, Marjorie was a corporate associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster LLP. Prior to attending Harvard Law School, Marjorie was an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse.
