About Margalit

Margalit represents issuers and underwriters in capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, at-the-market (ATM) offerings and other equity offerings. She also has experience advising clients on debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and securities matters, including SEC reporting and corporate governance.

While at Columbia Law School, Margalit was a staff editor for the Columbia Journal of Law and the Arts, and her student note was awarded the Andrew D. Fried Memorial Prize for the best student note on a topic in copyright law in 2024. Margalit also worked as a teaching fellow for professor Jane Ginsburg and a research assistant for professor Timothy Wu. Prior to joining Cooley, Margalit worked at another global law firm in New York.
