About Malin

Malin Delling's practice focuses on representing public and private companies and financial institutions in connection with securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Her experience includes initial public offerings, secondary offerings, shelf registration statements, special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) and domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Malin regularly assists public corporations with respect to compliance with ongoing reporting obligations, pursuant to both the 1934 Act and exchange listing requirements. She also advises directors and officers with respect to their corporate governance obligations and duties arising under federal securities laws and state corporate laws. In addition, Dalin has experience with corporate finance and development transactions for energy companies, such as transactions for the supply and installation of wind turbine generators.

Prior to joining Cooley, Malin was an associate in the corporate & securities practice group at Reed Smith LLP. Before working as an attorney in the US, she was a practicing lawyer in Sweden, and is still qualified to practice in Sweden as well as in any EU country.
