Malav Desai

Malav focuses on complex commercial litigation and investigations, representing clients across industries. He advises on all stages of litigation, including fact development, discovery, deposition preparation, motion practice, trial and appeals. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.

During law school, Malav served on the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. He also completed three separate internships with the Department of Justice’s Criminal Division in Washington, DC, where he gained experience in the Fraud, Money Laundering and Asset Recovery, and Public Integrity Sections.

Before attending law school, Malav spent five years in the health insurance industry and worked as a financial analyst at a national law firm.
