Mac advises issuers and banks on various securities transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, and investment-grade, high-yield and convertible debt offerings. He also has significant experience advising public company clients on reporting requirements, shareholder relations and proxy processes, stock exchange compliance, and various other corporate governance matters. In addition, Mac has advised clients through the public M&A process and has experience with liability management transactions.

Before joining Cooley, Mac worked at two other US-based international law firms.
