About Lorenzo

With experience in both common and civil law jurisdictions, Lorenzo advises clients on commercial and technology matters, including contract negotiation, due diligence, cross-border risk, and AI and data privacy governance and compliance. He is part of the firm's mass arbitration practice and litigates international arbitrations and US disputes from inception through enforcement, with particular experience in post-M&A, technology, licensing, construction, natural resources and life sciences matters. Lorenzo is fluent in Italian and French with advanced proficiency in Spanish.
