Linsha Qi
About Linsha
Linsha represents clients in high-stakes labor and employment litigation. Her practice spans all stages of wage and hour class actions and claims under the California Private Attorneys General Act, as well as cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination and retaliation claims. In addition to her labor and employment work, Linsha maintains an active pro bono practice.
Before joining Cooley, Linsha began her legal career as a commercial and employment litigator in Irvine. In law school, Linsha served as articles editor of the UC Irvine Law Review and was heavily involved in the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. She also served as student leader of the Domestic Violence Assistance Project, through which students assisted domestic violence survivors seeking to file temporary restraining order petitions in pro per.
