Lindsey advises public and private companies on complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, with deep experience across the life sciences, technology and healthcare sectors. She represents strategic acquirers, financial sponsors and venture-backed companies in their most significant transactions, including growth-driven acquisitions, joint ventures, carve-outs, option-to-acquire structures and milestone-based exits.
In the life sciences sector, Lindsey regularly counsels biotechnology, pharmaceutical, digital health and diagnostics companies on strategic exits, carve-outs and option-to-acquire transactions. Her experience includes representing Horizon Therapeutics in its $28 billion sale to Amgen, as well as advising clients, such as Jazz Pharmaceuticals and Travere Therapeutics, on high-stakes M&A transactions.
