About Lexi
Lexi advises public and private companies on general corporate matters including entity formation, venture financings, M&A, public offerings, US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance, and corporate governance.
During law school, Lexi was president of the Real Estate and Land Use Society and a competing member of the Transactional Law Team. She served as a senior editor of the San Diego International Law Journal and as a legal intern with the school’s Federal Tax Law Clinic, providing free legal assistance to low-income San Diego residents in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service.
Before joining Cooley, Lexi interned in M&A tax with KPMG, worked on middle-market mergers and acquisitions at a local law firm, and gained in-house securities compliance experience with an asset management firm.
