Letian Wei

Letian focuses his practice on venture capital, private equity, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters. He assists international and domestic clients in their cross-border transactions and operations, as well as in general corporate and commercial matters – such as structuring arrangements (variable interest entity structure and joint venture), cyber/data/privacy, employment, regulatory and compliance. Letian has represented clients from various sectors, including life sciences, technology, software, renewable energy and manufacturing, among others.

Letian is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
