About Leila

Leila practices general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on representing emerging companies, public companies and venture capital funds. She represents her clients throughout the business life cycle in matters such as venture financings, M&A, public offerings, and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance.

Before her legal career, Leila worked in business operations at a telecommunications company and an education technology startup. In law school, she served as co-president of the Business Law Society and interned in the legal department of a ride-sharing tech company.
