About Lee

Lee partners with high-growth and innovative technology and life science companies – as well as the venture capitalists and corporate venture groups that invest in them – to drive success. He guides emerging companies and the VC community through all critical points in the company life cycle, including entity formation, board matters, securities law compliance, equity compensation, financings, M&A and public offerings. He also regularly advises his clients on fundraising strategy.

Lee counsels disruptive companies from their earliest stages of growth through exit events. He works with clients across industries including artificial intelligence, software, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, gaming, fintech, ecommerce, internet of things, climate tech, digital health and biotechnology. He also works with many companies that have emerged from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Harvard University, University of Washington and other academic and research institutions.
