He represents international, national and regional clients at all stages of the land planning, zoning and development process. Lee has advised major developers and landowners on various complex land use and zoning applications in multiple jurisdictions throughout the region, including rezonings, major site plans and site plan amendments, minor amendments, special exceptions, special use permits, comprehensive plan amendments, and comprehensive sign plans. He also advises clients on complex easement agreements and subdivision and condominium structures.
