About Leah

Leah’s practice focuses on general corporate and securities matters. She represents issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions, as well as private and public companies across a wide range of matters. Her practice includes entity-formation, corporate governance, venture capital and other private financings, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings.

Leah is author of The Proxy Problem: Using Nonprofits to Solve Misaligned Incentives in the Proxy Voting Process. She also serves as Diversity and Inclusion Member-at-Large for the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division.
