Lauren Piccolo-Ingram

Lauren leads business strategy and execution for Cooley’s business department. In this role, she uses her skills as a strategist and more than 20 years of experience in professional services marketing, communications and client development to help firm leaders achieve organizational growth and internal alignment.

A versatile and effective leader, Lauren is known for her no-nonsense approach to work, fierce project management skills, eloquent communication and ability to align stakeholders at all organizational levels.

She has a proven track record of launching new initiatives, managing complex projects and developing high-performing teams.

Lauren served in marketing leadership roles at three AmLaw 50 firms before joining Cooley.
