Laura provides practical, strategic counsel to high-growth technology companies and leading venture capital investors. She guides clients through every stage of the company life cycle, from company formation and governance to equity and debt financings – and, ultimately, through successful initial public offering (IPO) or exit transactions.
Laura’s experience lies in partnering with emerging companies as they scale and prepare for exits, advising on day-to-day corporate matters, as well as complex, material strategic events. Laura has advised clients on transactions valued at several billion dollars in aggregate. She regularly represents high-growth technology companies across a broad range of industries, including fintech, healthtech, medtech, agtech/foodtech, semiconductor, hardware, defensetech, govtech, business-to-business software, data infrastructure, cleantech and energy.
Laura also represents venture capital, growth and private equity investors on investment transactions and portfolio company matters.
Laura frequently hosts workshops at leading institutions, including Harvard University and MIT.
