About Kurtis

Kurtis Zinger works with companies at every stage of life. His practice focuses on business formations, financings and mergers and acquisitions, as well as securities law compliance and disclosure. He works with emerging-growth companies, public companies and everything in between.

While attending University of Colorado Law School, Kurtis was a managing editor of the University of Colorado Law Review. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gregory A. Phillips, US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Neil M. Gorsuch, US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
