Kristy Hart

Kristy advises emerging technology companies and their investors on a range of corporate matters. She is particularly experienced in venture capital and growth equity transactions throughout the business life cycle, working across cutting-edge industries such as artificial intelligence (AI), fintech, healthtech and climate-tech.

Before joining Cooley, Kristy was a managing associate in the technology companies group in the London office of a global law firm.
