Kira McCarthy

Kira’s practice spans trademark and copyright prosecution and enforcement – including counseling and advising on domestic and foreign filing strategies – as well as intellectual property litigation. She has represented clients, ranging from emerging startups to established companies, in the consumer products, pharmaceutical, fashion, food and beverage, and software industries.

During law school and before joining private practice, Kira was an extern at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board at the US Patent and Trademark Office, honing her skill with ex parte and inter partes disputes.
