About Khary
Khary represents clients in commercial disputes in federal and state courts. His practice includes several substantive areas of law, including complex commercial transactions, class actions and data privacy. Khary also has represented clients in appellate litigation and maintains an active pro bono practice.
During law school, Khary argued an appeal before the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the appellate court entered a precedential opinion in favor of his client. He also interned at the Federal Communications Commission and the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
