About Kevin

Kevin practices general corporate law and represents startups, venture capital firms and public companies. He counsels clients across all stages of growth, including venture financings, corporate governance matters, M&A and public company offerings.

During law school, Kevin helped lead the Startup Law Initiative and volunteered with the New Business Community Law Clinic. He served as an editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal and the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. His independent studies on access to justice culminated in a thesis examining the practical challenges Californians face when searching for a suitable attorney.
