Kerry Vance

Kerry advises private and public companies on a broad range of corporate matters, including formation, financing, M&A, corporate governance and public offerings.

Before law school, Kerry obtained her CPA license and worked as an auditor at a public accounting firm for four years. While attending Boston College Law School, she was an active member of the Women’s Law Center and the Business and Law Society and participated in the Project Entrepreneurship Clinic.
