Kerry Corrigan

Kerry is an associate in the emerging companies and venture capital team in London. She specialises in advising both disruptive high-growth companies and their investors in all stages of the company’s life cycle, including equity financings (from seed round through to exit) and general corporate matters. Kerry also has experience in M&A and private equity transactions.

Before joining Cooley, Kerry was a corporate associate at Marriott Harrison LLP in London. Kerry’s earlier involvement with, and eventual overseeing of, international and UK-based social enterprises at University was the catalyst for her enthusiasm for entrepreneurship.
