Kepei Miao

Kepei is a fund formation associate in Cooley's Singapore office. She has broad experience advising fund sponsors on the establishment and ongoing operation of private investment funds, including both closed-ended and open-ended vehicles. Her practice spans a wide range of asset classes, including venture capital, private equity, secondaries, and hedge funds. Kepei regularly works with clients across multiple jurisdictions, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia, China, the United States, and India.
