About Kelly
Kelly A. Nelle is a is a paralegal specialist in Cooley's business department. She joined Cooley in 1996, and is resident in the San Diego office. Kelly specializes in corporate and securities matters, including private securities transactions, public company compliance matters, public and private offerings, corporate formation and maintenance, and blue sky matters.
She has been employed as a corporate paralegal in the San Diego area since 1996 and worked for a tax attorney prior to joining Cooley.
Kelly received her paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego.
