Kelley Harrington

Kelley Harrington is an associate in the trademark, copyright & advertising practice group. Her practice includes domestic and global trademark prosecution, trademark clearance counseling and portfolio management, trademark and copyright enforcement matters, intellectual property due diligence and trademark litigation before administrative bodies and in federal court.

Prior to Cooley, Kelley was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in Menlo Park, California where she defended companies in civil securities, consumer protection and RICO class actions in federal court, and in response to civil investigative demands from state attorneys general.
