About Kaycie

Kaycie advises private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and strategic clients on a range of business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and minority investments. Her experience spans a variety of industries, including technology/software as a service, infrastructure, healthcare, retail, restaurants and consumer products.

Kaycie also counsels clients on equity issuances, including incentive equity arrangements, executive employment matters, corporate governance, restructuring and other general corporate matters.

Kaycie has been recognized by Best Lawyers under its “Ones to Watch” for Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions Law from 2021 to 2023. Kaycie also has an active pro bono practice focused on immigration matters, including asylum cases, U visas, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival (DACA) renewals, 501(c)3 filings and discharge upgrades for veterans.
