Kavi Huded

Kavi focuses her practice on debt finance. She represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and bank and alternate lenders in various financing and capital markets transactions. These include secured and unsecured credit facilities, venture debt financings and acquisition financings. She is also actively involved in pro bono work.

Kavi worked as an associate at another international law firm before joining Cooley.
