About Katie

Katie represents technology companies and corporate clients in complex litigation matters. She advises clients on eDiscovery strategy, document review and production, and information governance.

She designs and manages efficient, defensible document review workflows, including developing protocols, supervising review teams and advising on electronically stored information (ESI) search strategies. She also supports fact development and deposition preparation through targeted document analysis and collaborates with internal teams and vendors to improve quality, reduce costs and streamline processes.

Before joining Cooley, Katie worked in the legal services industry, supporting large-scale litigation matters involving document management and discovery.
