Katia MacNeill

Katia MacNeill is a special counsel in the fund formation practice group. Her practice focuses on the formation and representation of private equity and venture capital funds, including representation of issuers and venture capital funds in private financing transactions. She also advises registered investment advisers on regulatory and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Cooley, Katia was an associate for almost four years at Seward & Kissel in New York.
