Katherine Kingsbury

Katherine manages knowledge and practice-delivery resources for Cooley’s UK corporate team. She also tracks legal developments, plans legal training and supports innovation initiatives.

Katherine has experience advising on a range of corporate matters, including joint ventures, private M&A, public takeovers, other significant transactions for public companies, venture capital, restructurings and general corporate advisory matters. In prior roles, she has also monitored and advised on the development of foreign direct investment controls in the UK and Europe.

Katherine has more than 15 years of experience in corporate practice in both transactional (counsel-level) and knowledge roles.
