Katharina Schwarz

Katharina advises emerging and high growth companies across sectors and across the corporate life cycle, from formation to general corporate governance, venture financings, mergers and acquisitions and liquidity events. Katharina also provides counsel to venture capital investors in financing transactions. She is passionate about providing clear practical guidance to her clients and helping companies and their teams navigate complex environments.

Katharina is active in the Cooley Inclusion Alliance and Women’s Initiative. Outside of Cooley, Katharina chairs the board of a nonprofit dedicated to effective giving, and briefly served as in-house counsel at an artificial intelligence company.
