Katelyn Kang

Katelyn represents clients in complex civil litigations at the trial and appellate court levels across a range of issues, including contract disputes, founder disputes, tort claims, qui tam actions, consumer class actions, bankruptcy, regulatory investigations and privacy disputes.  She has significant experience at all stages of litigation, and believes in working as a partner with her clients from the very beginning of a case all the way to the end of trial.

Katelyn also regularly advises clients in the artificial intelligence, life sciences and technology sectors on navigating litigation risks in the face of an evolving legal landscape. She is a zealous advocate for clients of all sizes and has been recognized multiple times in The American Lawyer’s Litigator of the Week column. In addition to her commercial work, she maintains an active pro bono practice in the LGBTQ+ rights space at both the trial and appellate levels.
