About Kate
Kate has a general corporate and securities law practice, with an emphasis on the representation of emerging companies, venture capital funds and public companies. Kate counsels companies throughout their life cycle on matters ranging from company formations, fundraising strategies and private financings to initial public offerings and follow-on equity and debt offerings. She also guides clients on M&A transactions, corporate governance, and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance.
Kate has represented clients such as Fastly, Instacart, Snap and Snowflake in their high-profile IPOs and other significant transactions. She also advises VC funds on their investments.
