Kannan Shailesh Jhunjhunwala

Kannan assists clients at all stages of their corporate life cycles, from company formation to corporate governance matters, early- and late-stage venture financings, and exit opportunities, including M&A and capital market transactions. She also advises fund sponsors on the structuring, formation and ongoing management of investment funds across various asset classes. Her practice focuses on venture capital, capital markets and fund formation.

Before joining Cooley, Kannan was an associate in the Mumbai office of an Indian law firm, where she represented private equity funds and investment firms in acquisitions and debt financing transactions.
