Julie Delay is a graduate of Stanford University. She joined Cooley in 2000 and has held a breadth of roles within the HR department, primarily focusing on benefits and wellness. Julie has served as the director of benefits since 2014, overseeing the benefits, retirement, wellness and leave of absence programs at Cooley. With the support of firm leadership, she has developed a robust benefits program that complements Cooley’s unique culture and evolves on a regular basis to meet the changing needs of all employees.
