Julianne leads Cooley’s customer relationship management (CRM) systems and services team in delivering and maintaining innovative CRM solutions. She spearheads transformative initiatives related to the technology platforms and integrations that provide operational efficiency to the firm’s marketing and business development functions.
Julianne has more than a decade of experience in CRM technology, systems migrations/integrations, program management and team development. She also is a certified project management professional (PMP) and holds 10 Salesforce.com certifications.
